The project to build and trade in the infrastructure of Toan Thang industrial cluster (IC) aims to create a cleared ground to attract investors.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has approved Hai Duong city-based An Nhien Green Environment JSC.’s proposal to build and trade in the infrastructure of Toan Thang IC as the investor of the project.
The IC will be built on 75.8 ha of land in Toan Thang, Hong Hung, and Doan Thuong communes of Gia Loc district with a total budget of nearly 843 billion VND.
73.9 ha of the land will be used to carry out the project, and the rest for traffic connections and technical infrastructure in the surrounding area.
The project is valid for 50 years from the date of approval.
The investor must complete and put the project into operation in the 4th quarter of 2025.
The provincial People’s Committee required the People’s Committee of Gia Loc district to fulfill compensation for site clearance and hand over the site to the investor for construction on schedule.
