Two more investment projects in Thach Khoi – Gia Xuyen industrial cluster

One project belongs to Hai Duong Wood Import-Export Co., Ltd. with a total investment of over 40 billion VND and an area of nearly 44,000 m2 of land.

Each year, the enterprise will produce 30,000 m2 of wooden doors, 20,000 m2 of flooring, and 3,000 m2 of joined planks.

The other project belongs to Viet An Development and Investment Co., Ltd. The firm was approved to invest in a garment processing factory and rent out offices and workshops.

The project will use more than 14,000 m2 of land with an investment of over 67 billion VND.

Aside from manufacturing 1.9 million garment products each year, the investor will build 294 m2 of offices and 3,840 m2 of workshops for lease.

Established in 2016, Thach Khoi – Gia Xuyen industrial cluster covers an area of over 68 ha, about 90% of which has been occupied.

At present, there are 42 enterprises with stable production and business in the industrial cluster.
