Tuan Kiet – KT One Member Co., Ltd. has got the nod from the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province to invest in a project to build and trade in the infrastructure of Van To industrial cluster in Tu Ky district.
Van To industrial cluster covers a total area of 351,780 m2. Of this, 61,664 m2 have already been allocated to existing enterprises and units within the cluster, and 12,316 m2 are designated for the corridor of road 391 and the access road to My An hamlet.
The project implementation area spans 277,800 m2, including industrial land and land for administrative and commercial services, technical infrastructure, green space, and transportation.
The total investment in the project is 343.362 billion VND, of which 75.362 billion VND comes from the investor’s own capital and the remainder from loans.
The project is approved for a 50-year operational term, starting from the date the provincial People’s Committee issued the investment approval and recognized the project investor.
To date, Tu Ky district has had three industrial clusters, namely Ky Son, Nguyen Giap, and Van To.
