The industrial cluster will attract fields suitable to Hai Duong's project to develop high-tech and supporting industries.
The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province has approved the Department of Industry and Trade's proposal to establish Thai Tan industrial cluster (IC) and assigned the investor to realize the project.
Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung also appointed the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with relevant bodies to review and complete documents for the IC establishment.
Thai Tan IC will cover an area of about 75 ha in Nam Sach district’s communes of Thai Tan, Nam Hong, and Hong Phong.
GP Invest JSC. is the investor of the project with a budget of more than 1,000 billion VND.
The IC will attract projects using high technology and biotechnology, manufacturing electronic products, new construction materials, and renewable energy; fields providing services for industrial production; and eco-friendly industries and other services suitable to the province's project to develop high-tech and supporting industries for the 2021-2025 period with orientation to 2030.
The investor is committed to start building technical infrastructure in 2024 and finish in the 4th quarter of 2028.
DUNG CUONG
