Dai Thanh HD Co., Ltd.'s project to build a fine handicraft production and export facility and rent out workshops in Cao An industrial cluster, Cam Giang district, has been approved by the provincial People's Committee.
With a total investment of more than 61 billion VND, the project will use nearly 32,000 m2 of land to annually produce 1,000 umbrellas, 35,000 iron tables and chairs, 3,000 sets of iron tables and chairs with stone surfaces, 1,000 sunbeds, 20,000 bamboo blinds and tablecloths, and some other products until 2056.
In addition, the firm will build workshops covering more than 12,000 m2 for rent.
The provincial People's Committee required the investor to complete and put the project into synchronous operation within two years from the date of approval and comply with regulations on investment, land, environment, etc.
