Toan Thang industrial cluster to be built on nearly 759,000 m2

The chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Loc district has approved a blueprint for Toan Thang industrial cluster.

The industrial cluster will cover an area of 758,773 m2, mainly cultivated land in Toan Thang, Hong Hung, and Doan Thuong communes.

It will be located near national highway 38B, the North-South trunk road, and Hong Hung – Toan Thang inter-commune road, convenient for travel and transport of goods.

A planning option defines land for factories and enterprises, services and management, technical infrastructure, the quarters of a police team for fire prevention and fighting, trees, parking, and traffic inside and outside the cluster.

The district People’s Committee has assigned An Nhien Green Environment JSC., the investor of the industrial cluster, to make and submit a plan for approval.
