The People's Committee of Thanh Ha district in Hai Duong province will coordinate with the Office of the provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and several relevant departments and sectors to hold a Thanh Ha lychee trade promotion conference with the attendance of foreign trade counselors and international enterprises.

The program is scheduled for the morning of May 30, focusing on trade promotion, dissemination of the quality and brand of Thanh Ha lychee, and stimulation of both domestic consumption and export.

It aims to explore new and potential markets and expand existing ones through the network of Vietnamese trade offices abroad.

The event will also gather insights into market demands and international import-export regulations for proactive cultivation and sale of lychee and other agricultural products in the province.

In addition, this is an opportunity to present the potential and strengths of Thanh Ha lychee and other goods and agricultural products of Hai Duong province, contributing to the gradual development of a sustainable agricultural value chain for the province.

On the early morning of May 30, a lychee harvest opening ceremony will be held in Thanh Lanh hamlet, Thanh Quang commune, followed by a lychee export ribbon-cutting event at Thanh Binh Square in Thanh Ha district.

The conference is expected to host 60 international delegates across 20 connection points, 150 provincial delegates, and 70 representatives from domestic and international purchasing, processing, and exporting enterprises, e-commerce platforms, cooperatives, associations, and lychee and agricultural product producers that meet international standards, along with media representatives from Central and local outlets.

This year, Thanh Ha lychee output is expected to reach approximately 35,000 tons.
