A 47 ha industrial cluster is expected to be put into operation in Hai Duong province in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has approved Newland Investment JSC.’s project to build and trade the infrastructure of An Phu industrial cluster with a total budget of over 695 billion VND.
The industrial cluster will cover an area of more than 47 ha in An Phu and Long Xuyen wards, Kinh Mon provincial town.
The investor will level the ground and build traffic, rainwater and wastewater drainage, water and power supply, and communication systems, a wastewater treatment station, and environmental sanitation.
The project is valid for 50 years, starting from July 21, 2023. The investor is responsible for completing and putting the industrial cluster into operation in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The provincial People's Committee required Newland Investment JSC. to carry out the project in accordance with the approved blueprint and design.
The company must build district roads, byroads, corridors, and an intersection with national highway 17B as planned to form and hand over shared paths when required.
The attraction of investment to the industrial cluster must be consistent with the approved plan and environmental impact assessment report.
