Two options to displace businesses in Tay Ngo Quyen industrial cluster and Viglacera Brick Factory

Option 1 is relocating the entire 25 businesses in the industrial cluster and the brick factory in the 2022 – 2024 period.

In which, Viglacera Hai Duong Brick Factory and Hai Da Beer and Alcohol JSC. will move to Gia Loc industrial park.

Enterprises still wanting to hire land for production will be relocated to Tay Viet Hoa industrial cluster.

The adjustment of investment projects of businesses oriented to switch their industry structure from production to services, wishing to continue hiring land, and suitable to the detailed planning in this area will be considered for approval.

The total cost of support for compensation and site clearance following this option is about 400 billion VND.

Regarding option 2, Viglacera Hai Duong Brick Factory and Hai Da Beer and Alcohol JSC. will be relocated to Gia Loc industrial park in the 2022 – 2024 period.

The displacement of the remaining businesses will be extended to 2030 to save costs because the land leases of 13 enterprises will expire during this time.

The city authorities have asked the provincial People's Committee to direct the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over the consultation of departments and branches on the relocation options.
