Severe cold to hit Hai Duong from Jan 21

Aloft wind convergence is likely to affect Hai Duong province on January 15, resulting in cloudy, rainy, and cold weather, with temperature 17 – 22 degrees Celsius, according to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

It is forecast to be rainy and windy in Hai Duong from the night of January 16 to January 17.

The province will experience cold nights and early mornings, with temperature ranging between 19 and 25 degrees Celsius.

The weather is expected to be cloudy, rainless, and slightly warmer from January 18 to 20 as temperature fluctuates between 19 and 26 degrees Celsius.

Cold air is predicted to be strengthened from the dusk of January 20, causing rain, even showers, and level 3 northeast winds in Hai Duong.

Temperature may plummet to 14 – 15 degrees Celsius on January 21 and as low as 10 – 12 degrees Celsius from January 22.
