Hai Duong braces for strong cold air

Strengthened cold air is likely to make Hai Duong province cloudy, rainy, even showery and thundery, on November 13, forecast the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

The weather has turned cold, with temperature predicted to drop to 16 – 18 degrees Celsius and peak at 22 – 23 degrees Celsius.

Winds may blow northeastward at level 2 or 3 first and then 4 or 5.

The province is forecast to be sunny, less cloudy, and warmer on November 14 and 15, with temperature around 18 – 24 degrees Celsius.

Continental cold high pressure is likely to be strengthened on November 16 and 17, resulting in scattered rainstorms, strong winds, and slightly lower temperature, 17 – 23 degrees Celsius, in the province.

The continental cold high pressure is predicted to gradually weaken on November 18 and 19, causing the province to be cloudy, rainless at night, a little foggy early in the morning, and sunny and less cloudy at noon and in the afternoon.
