It will continue to be cold in Hai Duong for several days before a western low pressure area gradually pushes temperature higher.
It will be cloudy and rainy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms, in Hai Duong on March 27 and 28, forecast the provincial Hydro-meteorological Station.
There is a possibility of whirlwinds, lightning, and gusts of wind during thunderstorms.
It will be cold with northeasterly winds at level 2 or 3.
The reason is the influence of weakly-strengthened continental cold high pressure in combination with aloft wind convergence.
The high pressure will weaken on March 29, causing lots of clouds and rain in some places in the province.
It will be cold at night and early in the morning.
A western low pressure area tends to expand from March 30, making the province cloudy.
There will be scattered drizzles and fog at night and in the morning.
It will be sunny and less cloudy in the daytime with southeasterly winds at level 2 or 3.
Temperature in Hai Duong will vary considerably in the coming days, peaking at 31 – 33 degrees Celsius and bottoming out at 18 – 20 degrees Celsius.
Humidity will be high, around 80 – 90%.
