Severe cold expected to end on Jan 30

Extremely cold weather will continue in Hai Duong province on January 29, with temperature ranging between 11 and 16 degrees Celsius, forecast the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

Scattered drizzles are expected to occur at night and in the morning, while it will be cloudy and gloomy during the day.

Temperature is forecast to increase on January 30 and 31, peaking at 22 – 23 degrees Celsius and bottoming out at 14 – 16 degrees Celsius, ending this long severe cold wave.

It is likely to remain cold but sunny and less cloudy at noon and in the afternoon, drizzly at night and in the morning from February 1 – 4.

Temperature these days is predicted to fluctuate between 17 and 26 degrees Celsius.
