New heat wave hits Hai Duong

It will be sunny and rainless in Hai Duong province on July 24, with scattered scorching sun, southeast winds at level 2 or 3, and the highest temperature 34 - 35 degrees Celsius, forecast the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

The southeastern edge of a western depression tends to develop and expand southeastward from July 25 to 29, making the hot weather remain in the province, with scattered rain at night and temperature reaching 36 degrees Celsius.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast to occur from the evening of July 30. There is a possibility of whirlwinds, lightning, and strong winds during rainstorms.

Thus, after a few days of rain and fine weather due to storm Talim, a new heat wave has hit Hai Duong since July 22 and is predicted to last for days.
