Hai Duong suffers longest heat wave in 2023

A heat wave is forecast to sweep through Hai Duong province until July 16.


Outdoor temperature may be 2 – 4 degrees Celsius higher than forecast


Hot weather will continue to ravage Hai Duong province in July 10, with the highest temperature around 34 – 36 degrees Celsius, forecast the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

The sun is predicted to be burning hot from July 11 – 13 as temperature peaks at 36 – 37 degrees Celsius.

It is likely to be sunny by day and showery by night in the province from July 14 – 16, with a possibility of local moderate rain, downpours, and thunderstorms. Beware of gusts of wind during thunderstorms.

Temperature these days may reach 35 – 36 degrees Celsius.

Forecast and perceived temperature may vary from 2 – 4 degrees Celsius, depending on buffer surface conditions like concrete and asphalted roads.

This will be the longest heat wave in the North and Hai Duong from the beginning of this summer.
