A new heat wave will sweep through Hai Duong province from April 27 – 30.
It is sunny in Hai Duong province on April 26 due to the influence of a western depression, which tends to gradually expand southeastward, according to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.
A large-scale heat wave is forecast to sweep through the province on April 27, pushing temperature to 35 – 37 degrees Celsius and even higher in some places.
Humidity will be relatively low, commonly 50 – 55%.
The heat wave is likely to last until April 30.
The provincial Hydrometeorological Station warns that hot weather combined with low humidity poses a risk of explosions and fires.
Intense heat can also cause dehydration, exhaustion, and heat stroke in people exposed to high temperatures for a long time.
