Hai Duong connects four businesses to buy Chi Linh longans for export

According to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, since the organization of the program "Opening gardens to pick longans for export" in the second half of July in Chi Linh city, the unit has connected four businesses to buy Chi Linh longans for export.

Those are the joint stock companies of Fusa Organic Agriculture (Hai Duong), Ameii Vietnam (Hai Duong), and Agricultural Import and Export Global (Bac Giang) and Red Dragon Co., Ltd. (Ho Chi Minh city).

Some domestic units have also purchased high quality longans for sale in supermarkets and clean fruit stores in the country.

The price of longans bought for export is often 10 - 15% higher than the market price.

There are 740 ha of longans with a yield of over 4,000 tons in Chi Linh city. In which, 190 ha are cultivated under VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards, and 28 growing areas have been granted codes for export with an output of about 1,200 tons.
