Vietnamese passion fruits enter Australian market
A ceremony was held recently to announce the export of Vietnamese passion fruits to Australia. The announcement has made passion fruits become the fifth kind of Vietnamese fruits to be officially exported to Australia.
First 8 months: Total import-export turnover up 16.7%
Vietnam’s total trade turnover reached 511.11 billion USD in the first eight months of 2024, marking a 16.7% increase compared to the same period last year.

In the first seven months of this year, Vietnam saw 9 export items posting a turnover of more than 5 billion USD, accounting for 70.8% of the country’s total export value.
First export rice processing line in Hai Duong successfully tested
The export rice processing line is expected to go into operation in mid-September 2024.
