Hai Duong has first national five-star OCOP product

Rong Vang Hoang Gia (Royal Golden Dragon), a mung bean cake product of Hoang Giang JSC. in Hai Duong city, has been recognized as a five-star OCOP product at national level by the National OCOP Council, Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors Dao Quang Chuyen said on June 26.

The product achieved more than 90 points with high quality and satisfaction of export requirements of various countries, especially such demanding markets as the US and Japan.

Rong Vang Hoang Gia mung bean cake is made from mung bean flour, sugar, vegetable oil, and synthetic vanilla flavor and free from preservative, according to the company’s announcement.

Hoang Giang JSC. has 10 types of mung bean cakes, including nine four-star OCOP ones, which have been registered for intellectual property protection in Vietnam and Japan, and the freshly-recognized five-star OCOP product.
