According to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, a continental cold high pressure area will continue to be strengthened southward on November 7.
It will be variably or rarely cloudy, rainless at night, sunny during the day, and slightly foggy early in the morning in Hai Duong.
Winds will blow northeastward at level 2 or 3.
On November 8, the continental cold high pressure area will start to weaken. By November 12, the province will be additionally affected by the southern edge of a compressed depression, resulting in variable or lots of clouds and scattered drizzles at night.
It will be slightly foggy in some places early in the morning, less cloudy and sunny during the day, southeasterly windy at level 2 or 3, and cold at night and early in the morning.
Due to frequent activity of cold air, the temperature difference between day and night will be great with the lowest temperature 18 – 20 degrees Celsius and the highest temperature 28 – 30 degrees Celsius.
Humidity will be low, commonly 50 – 60%.
