Cold air over Hai Duong province is weakening, according to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.
From now to March 13, the province is forecast to experience light rain and fog at night and in the morning, with northeast winds at level 2 and temperature from 16 to 22 degrees Celsius.
Scattered rain and showers and high humidity are likely to occur in the province from March 14 due to the combination of a ridge and a westerly wind trough.
Cold air is predicted to return around March 15 and 16, making it cold, cloudy, and rainy in the province.
In the following days, the cold air is expected to slowly weaken, causing the province to be cold, cloudy, rainy, but occasionally sunny.
