Storm Noru's circulation is likely to affect Hai Duong province
According to the provincial Hydro-meteorological Station, due to the impact of the southwestern edge of a continental high pressure area combined with the far edge of storm Noru's circulation, it is likely to be cloudy, showery and thundery in some places, and sunny by day with northwest winds at level 2 or 3 in Hai Duong on September 26 and 27.
From the night of September 27 to September 30, because of the weakly-strengthened influence of storm Noru's northern edge and the continental high pressure area's southwestern edge, it will be cloudy and rainy in the province with showers and thunderstorms in several areas. Winds will turn northeastward at level 2 or 3.
On October 1 and 2, the combination of the southwestern edge of the weakened continental high pressure area and the northern edge of a tropical convergence band will affect Hai Duong, resulting in variable clouds, sunshine by day, and scattered showers and thunderstorms by night.
Due to variable clouds and rainstorms, temperature in the coming days will drop by 2 – 3 degrees Celsius, peaking at 29 – 30 degrees Celsius and bottoming out at 22 – 23 degrees Celsius. Humidity will be high, around 80 – 85%.
