Over 90% of Ford Vietnam’s employees from Hai Duong

Ford Vietnam Co., Ltd. uses more than 30 robots for production

Ford Vietnam Co., Ltd. is offering jobs for more than 1,200 laborers, more than 90% of them are from Hai Duong, with an average income of 14.9 million VND/month.

It recruited hundreds of female employees in 2022 with the desire to diversify the labor force, increasing the proportion of female workers from 12% to over 20%.

All of them quickly adapted to the new environment and fulfilled their work.

In addition, Ford Vietnam has installed more than 30 robots at body welding and painting workshops.

All production and assembly equipment, machinery, and robots of the enterprise meet the standards of Ford Motor Company.

Ford Vietnam provides cars for the Vietnamese market. It earned nearly 21,000 billion VND in revenue and paid more than 4,600 billion VND to the State budget in 2022.
