Job opportunities in An Phat 1 industrial park for over 27,000 laborers

18 companies in An Phat 1 industrial park (IP) will need to recruit more than 27,000 workers, heard a conference held by the People's Committee of Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province, on October 10 to exchange labor market information with investors in the IP.

These enterprises are expected to go into operation in 2024 and the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2025.

Among them, BIEL Crystal (Vietnam) Manufactory Ltd. and CE LINK Vietnam Co., Ltd. in the electronic industry have the largest labor demand of more than 10,000 workers/ enterprise.

Investors in the IP mentioned their difficulties and raised opinions about finding, training, and employing workers at the conference.

Leaders of the district People’s Committee answered the investors’ questions and absorbed their recommendations to continue improving the quality of human resources and ensure labor supply for enterprises investing in An Phat 1 IP.

An Phat 1 IP covers a total area of 180 ha in Quoc Tuan, An Binh, and An Lam communes of Nam Sach district.

Infrastructure has been built on 100 ha of the IP, and the rest will be completed within this year.

More than 20 investors have so far signed memoranda of hiring land in the IP with a total expected investment of nearly 500 million USD.

10 businesses have been granted investment certificates and are completing procedures to start construction.
