An overview of An Phat High-tech industrial park

Formerly Viet Hoa – Kenmark industrial park, An Phat High-tech industrial park (An Phat complex) was set up in 2007, taken over and renamed by An Phat High-tech Industrial Park Co., Ltd. in 2019.

The industrial park is located at Km 47 of national highway 5 in Viet Hoa and Tu Minh wards, Hai Duong city, 80 km from Noi Bai international airport, 54 km from Ha Noi’s centre, 46 km from Hai Phong seaport and airport, and 76 km from Quang Ninh deep-water port.

The industrial park has a total area of 46 ha, with 31 ha of leasable industrial land. After just over a year, 97% of the industrial park has been filled, demonstrating the confidence of investors.

It is planned to attract projects on mechanics, electronics - information technology, food processing, household appliances, and other light industries.
