A project with a large amount of investment will be carried out in Hai Duong-based An Phat 1 industrial park.

The Industrial Parks (IP) Authority of Hai Duong province has permitted Biel Crystal (Singapore) Private Limited to carry out its project in An Phat 1 IP in Nam Sach district.
The investor will hire more than 20 ha of land in the IP to build a factory to manufacture glass, glass- and plastic-based products, optical equipment, etc. for export.
The project has a total investment of over 6,000 billion VND, the highest in the IP from the beginning of the year to October 15.
The factory is expected to go into operation in the second quarter of 2025.
