An Phat 1 industrial park is expected to attract 25 – 30 secondary investment projects that will provide stable jobs for around 20,000 laborers.
The technical infrastructure of An Phat 1 industrial park is basically built
An Phat High-technology Industrial Park (IP) JSC. had basically finished building the technical infrastructure of An Phat 1 IP in Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province, by August 8.
About 100 ha of the IP qualify to attract investment.
Approximately 90% of traffic, electricity, water supply and drainage, and wastewater treatment systems on the remaining 80 ha have been constructed.
Other items like pavement and communication building and tree planting are being carried out as planned.
The IP infrastructure is expected to be fully completed in the 4th quarter of 2023 for synchronous operation.
An Phat 1 IP has a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND. It is expected to become a hi-tech IP and attract 25 – 30 secondary investment projects that will provide stable jobs for around 20,000 laborers.
The IP has lured six projects, including five foreign-invested ones, with a total registered investment of about 102.6 million USD since early this year.
