Four investors in An Phat 1 industrial park (IP) will be fully facilitated to carry out projects and quickly stabilize production and business, said Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Duong province Tran Duc Thang.
Thang was speaking at a ceremony held by the provincial IPs Authority on April 24 to grant investment registration certificates to the first four investors to implement their projects in An Phat 1 IP.

Those are the limited liability companies of CE LINK, TA-I Technology, Twins Gallery, and Yuan Fu.
The enterprises will hire about 30 ha of land in the IP to build factories with a total budget of 81.1 million USD. CE LINK will pour the largest amount of 60 million USD.
The investors committed to put their projects into operation from the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025.

The provincial IPs Authority and relevant departments, sectors, and localities should pay attention and assist the investors in completing legal procedures as prescribed, noted Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang.
“The investors need to seriously fulfill commitments, especially tax obligations, social security policies, etc.,” added Thang.
An Phat High-technology Industrial Park JSC. is the investor of An Phat 1 IP, which covers an area of 180 ha, with a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND.
