Investing VND 3,800 billion in building E-government and Smart City

According to the Resolution of the People's Council of Hai Duong province, 16th term in the 14th session, Hai Duong will invest VND 3,800 billion to implement the project "Building E-government and Smart City in Hai Duong province in the 2020-2025 period and towards 2030 ”.

This investment amount includes VND 1,250 billion from the capital source of the provincial budget, VND 2,550 billion from the central capital support funds, the non-business capital and other legal capital. This funding source will be used to purchase, supplement, and upgrade the systems.

The goal is that by 2022, Hai Duong will upgrade and complete the provincial Online Public Service Portal; the 3-level "Online One Door" system; the integrated base for sharing the provincial data. All districts, towns and cities are building public administrative centers and online public service systems; building information technology infrastructure to meet the needs of developing e-government and smart city. Pilot construction of e-government and smart city will be in Hai Duong and Chi Linh city. Healthcare system, education system, transportation system, smart tourism system, smart resource and  environment, camera system for traffic, public security, schools, hospitals, public administration centers, reception rooms .... will be built to ensure that people can best access information and public services of all fields through smart applications.

By 2025, the models of smart agriculture, smart industry and trade, integrated urban management information system in the province ... will be built.

By 2030, the province will continue to deploy and complete the implemented contents in the 2020 - 2025 period and expand to the remaining areas to ensure the project of building e-government and combined smart city, integrating with the national and provincial plans for digital transformation.
