Hai Duong to suffer scattered rain, cold nights and mornings

Cold air is forecast to be strengthened and then stabilized above Hai Duong, causing lots of clouds, northeast winds at level 2 or 3, and temperature around 22 – 30 degrees Celsius in the province on October 16, according to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

It will be cold at night and in the morning, sunny and less cloudy at noon and in the afternoon during the day, forecast the station.

The province is predicted to experience scattered showers and thunderstorms from October 17 – 19, with temperature ranging between 22 – 29 degrees Celsius.

A continental high pressure area is likely to be strengthened on October 20 and further strengthened on October 22, resulting in cloudy and rainy weather in the province, with local moderate rain, downpours, and thunderstorms.

There is a possibility of whirlwinds, lightning, and gusts of wind during rainstorms.

The highest temperature may slightly drop to 28 degrees Celsius.
