Hai Duong embraces for two-day cold wave

Cold air will result in cold weather in Hai Duong province on March 13 and 14, forecast the provincial Hydro-meteorological Station.

Temperature will bottom out at 14 – 16 degrees Celsius and peak at 19 – 21 degrees Celsius.

Humidity will be relatively high, around 85%.

It will become warmer from March 15 with temperature increasing by about 3 – 4 degrees Celsius.

The province is likely to be affected by weakly-strengthened cold air around March 18, causing drizzles and cold weather at night and early in the morning with the lowest temperature 15 – 17 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature 20 – 22 degrees Celsius.
