The Hai Duong Department of Agriculture and Environment has handed over 441 boundary markers for the Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway project to relevant local authorities.
The Land Registration Office under the Hai Duong Department of Agriculture and Environment has handed over 441 boundary markers for the Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway project to the People’s Committees of relevant districts and communes.
Specifically, Gia Loc district received 171 markers, Binh Giang district 133, Tu Ky district 67, Thanh Ha district 44, and Cam Giang district 26.
The districts have identified the owners of 218.2 ha of land, covering 100% of the project's implementation area. The boundary for site clearance passes through a total of 4,583 land plots, including 4,047 agricultural land plots and 536 residential ones.
The boundary marker handover and land owner identification aim to determine, demarcate, and transfer the land areas to be acquired, and recognize the legal ownership rights of residents over land, on-land assets, and other related rights.
This forms an important basis for the next steps in the site clearance process.
The Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway construction project spans 40.96 km through Hai Duong province, crossing five districts of Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Gia Loc, Tu Ky, and Thanh Ha.
