During the day, there will be fewer clouds, sunshine, and level 2 southeasterly winds.

Around February 14, the province is likely to be affected by strengthened continental cold high pressure, making it cold with scattered light rain. Winds will turn northeastward at level 2 or 3.

From February 18 night, the continental cold high pressure will be combined with the convergence of aloft westerly winds, causing showers and thunderstorms across the province.

Though in the coming time, Hai Duong will still be affected by the continental cold high pressure, its weak intensity will only cause short-term rain, fog, and cold.

Temperature will peak at 22-23 degrees Celsius and bottom out at 15-16 degrees Celsius. Humidity will range between 80-85%.
