Strong cold air forecast to bring heavy rain to Hai Duong from tonight

The province is predicted to be affected by strong cold air combined with aloft wind convergence, resulting in showers and thunderstorms, with a possibility of whirlwinds, lightning, and gusts of wind, around tonight.

The cold air is forecast to become stronger on October 23, making the province cloudy but rainless.

Temperature these days may decrease to 20 – 21 degrees Celsius and peak at 28 – 29 degrees Celsius. Humidity will fluctuate between 87 – 90%, according to forecasts.

The cold air is expected to gradually weaken from October 24 onwards, bringing sunshine and no rain to the province in the daytime but cold at night and early in the morning.
