Over 96.5 ha of land in Cam Giang reserved for extended Dai An industrial park

The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province on February 8 decided to change the use purpose of more than 96.5 ha of land in Cam Dong and Cam Doai communes, Cam Giang district, from rice cultivation, traffic, irrigation, aquaculture, and annual tree planting to industrial park land.

In which, there are more than 28 ha of land in Cam Dong commune, and the rest in Cam Doai commune.

The land will be handed over to Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd. to build and trade in the infrastructure of the extended Dai An industrial park (phase 2).

The project was granted an investment certificate in May 2007 by the provincial Industrial Zones Authority. 

The land lease term is 50 years according to the operation term of the project with annual payment of land rent.
