Northeast monsoon to affect Hai Duong till Sept 26

Hai Duong province has been affected by cold air, accompanied by moderate rain, since the morning of September 22.

The cold air is predicted to gradually weaken from September 23 – 26, resulting in scattered showers and thunderstorms by night but sunshine by day.

A tropical convergence zone is likely to form over the province on September 27, causing further scattered showers and thunderstorms. Beware of whirlwinds, lightning, and gusts of wind during thundershowers.

Due to a northeast monsoon wave at level 2 or 3, the weather in Hai Duong these days will be cool with temperature 27 – 28 degrees Celsius.
