Many businesses in Hai Duong expanding production scales with boom in orders

Shortly after the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, Best Pacific Vietnam Co., Ltd. in VSIP industrial park, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province quickly ramped up production to ensure delivery progress.

The company's growth target for 2025 ranges from 15 - 20% compared to 2024, said its leader Shi Hong Wei.

Thanks to focusing on improving product quality and optimizing production process, the number of orders of the company has increased significantly over the same period last year.

Best Pacific Vietnam specializes in providing fabrics and elastic bands for famous fashion brands such as Adidas, Victoria's Secret, Uniqlo, Triumph, GAP, Target, and Under Armour. To meet increasing demands of the global market, the firm is constantly improving its products and service quality and expanding export markets to the US, the EU, Japan, Thailand, China, and many other countries.

Not only garments and textiles, the mechanical and equipment manufacturing industry in Hai Duong has also seen impressive growth.

Ducar Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) in Phu Thai industrial park, Kim Thanh district is currently running four factories with key products like water pumps, pressure washers, generators, gasoline engines, and many other industrial equipment.

The company exported more than 1 million products in 2024 and is expected to send nearly 1.2 million products abroad and earn a revenue of 2,768 billion yuan in 2025, up 16% and 21.63% over the previous year, respectively.

The enterprise has received orders for 310,000 products in the first quarter of 2025 alone, a surge of 30% year on year.

Vietnam's participation in many free trade agreements (FTAs) has brought great advantages, helping businesses in Hai Duong export goods with preferential tariffs and optimize products to meet international standards.

Thanks to that, enterprises do not hesitate to spend heavily on modern machinery systems and apply advanced technology to increase output and product quality, thus attracting more and more orders.

Expanding production scales

The boom in orders has prompted businesses to expand production scales to meet the market demand.

From only two factories at first, Ducar Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) has built two more factories in the past two years. This enterprise is now employing nearly 1,000 workers with per capita income of 12 million VND/ month.

Iriso Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. has also recorded strong growth. With automatic assembly lines and continuous innovations, the company ensures stable production quality and volume, with 70% of products exported to Japan, the US, and the EU and the remaining 30% to Thailand, India, etc.

General director Tsuzuranuki Hiroshi expects the company’s sales in 2025 to increase by more than 10% compared to the previous year, contributing to ensuring jobs and stable incomes for local workers.

Seizing the opportunity from abundant orders, Sun Gold Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Cong Hoa industrial park, Chi Linh city has decided to spend more than 300 billion VND expanding its workshops by nearly 35,000 m².

The company produced about 5,000 tons of products in 2024, up 30% over 2023. This year, it has expanded its product portfolio with items made from recycled plastic and bagasse, and scented candles aside from environmentally friendly plastic products such as dining tables, spoons, forks, cups, and plates.

The firm’s 2025 output is expected to surge by 50% compared to 2024, 90% of which will be exported to the US, and the rest to EU markets.
