Shorter time to process administrative procedures for business establishment in Hai Duong province helps organizations and individuals save time and costs to soon enter the market.
One month after shortening the time to process administrative procedures for business establishment (January 15 - February 15), the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province certified the establishment of 180 new enterprises, equivalent to the same period last year although this period coincided with the Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday, with a total registered capital of 1,457 billion VND.
Earlier, the Department of Planning and Investment reduced the time to handle administrative procedures related to business establishment registration from three to two workdays from the date of receiving all valid documents to minimize the time and costs of businesses and people.
During the reviewed period, the province recorded 61 enterprises dissolving, 700 businesses shutting down, and 190 others resuming operations.
This year, Hai Duong province aims to increase the number of newly-established enterprises by 10% compared to 2024 (2,200 enterprises).
