Heavy rain forecast to occur in Hai Duong next week

Hai Duong province will remain hot and rainless on July 1 and 2 due to the influence of a trough connected to a hot low pressure area, forecast the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

From the night of July 2 to July 4, subtropical high pressure combined with aloft wind convergence will cause rain, even local showers and thunderstorms, in the province, according to the station.

As the combination weakens from July 5, rainstorms are predicted to only occur at night and in the morning, and it will be sunny in the daytime.

Beware of tornadoes, lightning and strong winds on thundery days.

Temperature in Hai Duong in the coming days may peak at 36 degrees Celsius and bottom out at 26 degrees Celsius.
