Hai Duong to be cold at night and in early morning, sunny and dry by day

According to the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of a continuously-strengthened cold air mass, it was rainy and cold, sometimes freezing cold, in Hai Duong on October 19 and 20.

During this cold wave, 15.2 and 14.5 degrees Celsius were the lowest temperatures measured in Hai Duong and Chi Linh cities, respectively. These are the lowest temperatures measured at the same time in the past few years.

It is forecast that on October 21 and 22, the province will continue to be affected by the southwest edge of a slightly-strengthened continental ridge, so it is likely to be cold, cloudy, and rainy in some places with northeast winds at level 2 or 3. 

From October 23, as the continental ridge weakens, there will be variable clouds, no rain by night, and sunshine by day in the province. It will be cold at night and early in the morning.

Temperature will gradually increase, peaking at 29 - 30 degrees Celsius and bottoming out at 15 - 16 degrees Celsius, with much difference between day and night.
