Fuji Machinery Company transfers green technology

Fuji Machinery Co., Ltd. in Lai Cach town, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province, has maintained stable operation and market expansion since establishment in January 2017 with increasing numbers of customers and orders.

The company has 18 skilled engineers and technicians who have studied and developed many useful products, helping save time and production costs, increase machine life and labor productivity, ensure industrial hygiene, protect workers' health, reduce emissions into the environment...

The firm successfully rolled out 33 lines and 96 automated machines aside from providing installation, operation consulting, and repair services in 2023, bringing about 30 billion VND in revenue, 15% higher than planned.

In the first two months of 2024, it filled as many as 12 orders, mainly assembly and transfer of automated production lines.

“Our products are all aimed at solving problems in our customers' production processes. The development and transfer of these machines are 2 – 5 times cheaper than products in advanced industrial markets such as Europe, the US, and Japan,” said engineer Mai Van Son, leader of the company’s production department.

Fuji Machinery is also one of a few enterprises in Hai Duong province to have participated in FBC ASEAN 2023, Vietnam's largest exhibition centered on automobile and motorcycle industries that took place from August 23 – 25, 2023 in Ha Noi.

“Our booths attracted customers from Japan, China, etc. and many domestic businesses. They were all interested in our automated lines and useful machines,” said engineer Nguyen Hoang Lan, deputy director of the company.

At the end of 2023, the firm’s new solution engineering team coordinated with Viet Global Trading and Technology Co., Ltd. in Hai Duong city in the application of continewm panels to save electricity consumed by air conditioners in industrial production.

Many businesses have contracted for installation of this product, and at the forefront is Messer Vietnam Industrial Gases Co., Ltd. by simultaneously applying the solution at many factories in Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Binh Duong… in December 2023.

“Our company decided to apply continewm because experiments prove that it can reduce up to 13% of electricity consumed by air conditioners in production areas, contributing to realizing our green growth target,” said engineer Nguyen Vuong of Messer Hai Phong Industrial Gases Co., Ltd.’s Hai Duong branch.

Fuji Machinery Co., Ltd. has dozens of patrons like the limited liability companies of Sumidenso Vietnam and Hyundai Kefico Vietnam in Hai Duong, Hitachi Astemo Hung Yen and Hamaden Vietnam in Hung Yen province, and KYB Manufacturing Vietnam in Ha Noi.

Besides, the firm is continuously conquering new customers, including IKKA Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. in Cam Giang district with its line that can automatically inspect products and monitor assembly section.
