47 schools, mainly primary ones, in Hai Duong are teaching English to pupils with foreigners.
In which, Hai Duong city is home to the most schools in the province (36). Gia Loc, Tu Ky, and Thanh Ha districts have three schools each, and there are two schools in Cam Giang district.
The schools associated with three foreign language centers in the province to organize teaching.
All of the foreign teachers are from the centers and were granted work permits by the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs.
There are 1 – 2 teaching periods/ week/ class, and there are no more than 35 pupils in each class to ensure quality.
Tuition fees are paid by the pupils' parents at an agreed rate.
