Warm weather to remain in Hai Duong until Feb 22

Weak continental cold high pressure will cover Hai Duong province on February 19, making it cloudy, drizzly in some places at night and in the morning, and occasionally sunny in the daytime, forecast the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

During the day, temperature may range between 18 – 25 degrees Celsius, and humidity 77 – 97%.

The continental cold high pressure is forecast to continue weakening from February 20 – 22, causing variable clouds, cold nights and mornings, sunny days, level 2-3 southeast winds, and higher temperature, 20 – 27 degrees Celsius, in the province.

Cold air is predicted to affect Hai Duong from February 23 – 25, resulting in scattered rain, even showers, strong northeast winds at level 2 or 3.

Temperature these days may drop to 16 – 21 degrees Celsius.
