Strong cold wave hitting Hai Duong

Hai Duong province is likely to turn cold from the morning of December 1 due to the influence of strengthened cold air, forecast the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

The cold air is predicted to cause scattered light rain and strong winds and lower temperature in the province to 14 – 16 degrees Celsius during the day.

More cold air is expected in the next two days, with no rain, strong winds, and the lowest temperature 14 – 15 degrees Celsius.

The cold wave is forecast to last until the end of December 5.

Until then, people, especially the elderly and children, are recommended to keep warm in cold weather.
