Mo Trach hamlet in Tan Hong commune, Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province is not only home to the most feudal PhDs in Vietnam but also one of a few typical smart hamlets of Hai Duong.

Toàn thôn có khoảng 900 hộ dân với 3.200 nhân khẩu. 91,7 % tổng số hộ trong thôn đã lắp mạng internet băng thông rộng — Tan Hong commune finished model new-style rural building in 2022. In which, Mo Trach was turned into a smart hamlet. There are some 900 households with 3,200 people in the hamlet. 91.7% of the households have had broadband Internet

Có tới 60% số gia đình trong thôn lắp đặt camera giám sát an ninh với tổng cộng 180 chiếc — There are three free Wi-Fi points to serve people’s needs. 97% of the hamlet’s population use smartphones with 4G or 5G connection. Up to 60% of households in the hamlet have installed a total of 180 security surveillance cameras

Thôn đã đầu tư hệ thống camera giám sát an ninh tại các khu vực công cộng (nhà văn hóa thôn, các khu di tích đình, chùa, khu di tích đình làng Mộ Trạch), tuyến đường trục chính. Hệ thống này được tích hợp với hệ thống của xã.
