Hai Duong proactively removes difficulties for important traffic projects

Member of the provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban presided over a meeting on October 17 afternoon to check the progress of some important traffic projects in Hai Duong city, Thanh Ha and Binh Giang districts.

At the meeting, Hoa Phat Group JSC. and Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation gave brief reports on the progress of and a number of obstacles and difficulties in building two interchanges of Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway in Thanh Ha and Binh Giang districts.

Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban directed the Department of Transport to assume the prime responsibility for coordinating with the investors to promptly remove obstacles and difficulties arising in the course of project implementation in the spirit of accompanying the enterprises.

During a field inspection, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban requires the investor to focus on accelerating its resettlement project for renovation and enlargement of Vu Cong Dan street

The Department of Finance shall coordinate with the Department of Construction to survey, evaluate, and grasp the prices of construction materials to ensure the closeness of the material prices announced to the market ones.

The investors must overcome the difficulties and concentrate resources to accelerate the construction of these two interchanges.

Regarding two traffic projects invested in by the People's Committee of Hai Duong city, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban required the city People's Committee to proactively resolve obstacles and difficulties under its jurisdiction.

In the immediate future, the city People's Committee must give priority to speeding up resettlement to serve the renovation and enlargement of Vu Cong Dan street.
