Hai Duong jumps 25 places in public administrative reform index

The Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform on April 17 announced the PAR Index and the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) in 2023 regarding ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and Centrally-run cities across the country.

Hai Duong’s PAR Index 2023 ranked 22nd out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide with 87.84 points, up 25 places over 2022.

The province’s SIPAS 2023 came third with 90.23%, an increase of nine places compared to 2022.

The PAR Index 2023 of the country’s provinces and cities saw positive growth, with the average index reaching 86.98%, 2.19% higher than 2022 and surpassing the benchmark of 80% for the 5th consecutive year, according to the Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform.

The SIPAS 2023 of 63 provinces and cities ranged between 75.03% and 90.61%, averaging 82.66%.
