Hai Duong braces for new cold wave

A continental cold ridge will be stabilized and weaken in Hai Duong province from February 20, according to the provincial Hydro-meteorological Station.

It will make the province cloudy, rainless, and cold at night and early in the morning with temperature dropping to 17 – 18 degrees Celsius.

The weather will get warmer, sunny, and less cloudy at noon and in the afternoon, up to 23 – 24 degrees Celsius.

Winds will blow northeastwards at level 2.

Another cold wave is forecast to come around February 22 and the night of February 23, resulting in lots of clouds and drizzles in some areas of the province.

It will be cold at night and early in the morning with the lowest temperature 15 – 17 degrees Celsius.
