The weather in Hai Duong province became colder from February 3 morning.
A new cold wave has covered Hai Duong province since this morning, according to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.
From tonight to February 5, cold air is forecast to continue affecting the province, making it colder and rainless. Temperature may drop to 12 - 14 degrees Celsius.
On February 4 alone, Chi Linh city, Nam Sach and Kim Thanh districts, and Kinh Mon town are predicted to be very cold in some places.
Everyone should keep their bodies warm, especially the elderly and children, experts warn.
