Dai An industrial park
The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province proposed the 17th provincial People’s Council approve subdivision planning for the construction of the extended Dai An industrial park at the council’s 16th session on July 12.
Accordingly, the extended Dai An industrial park will cover an area of about 416.2 ha.
It will border on national highway 5 in the north; a residential area and agricultural land in Cam Dong and Cam Doai communes, Cam Giang district, in the south; an urban area in Lai Cach town and provincial road 394 in the west; and the Sat river, Kim Xa residential area, and Dai An industrial park in the east.
The extended Dai An industrial park targets diverse industries, mainly processing and manufacturing ones that use high, advanced, and eco-friendly technology and supporting industries.
It will also have convenient public social works and synchronous and modern technical infrastructure.
The extended Dai An industrial park’s subdivisions will be planned to comply with current legal regulations and serve as a basis for planning management, formulation and implementation of detailed plans and related projects, issuance of construction permits, etc.
